A Lifetime of Intuition and Spiritual Growth
My path to helping others wasn’t just shaped by these transformative losses. As a child, I experienced intuitive insights that shaped my understanding of the world. Over the years, I dedicated myself to meditation and mentorship under a renowned psychic, refining my intuitive abilities. This spiritual practice allows me to connect with deeper wisdom and guide others on their own journeys of discovery.

A wake up call to live fully
Sometimes, it takes a life-altering moment to wake us up to the truth. For me, that moment came in 2004 after a near-death experience (NDE), a profound event that forced me to reevaluate my life. It made me realize I could no longer wait for “someday” to live fully.
At the time, I was a corporate events manager for a Fortune 500 company. I vividly remember sitting at a restaurant in Maui, surrounded by people who had saved their whole lives to be there—but they were no longer in a place to fully embrace and enjoy the beauty of the moment. I realized then that life is too short to wait for the perfect time.
Even with this profound epiphany, it still took me years to leave the corporate world, but that wake-up call changed everything. I knew I needed to live with purpose, not just exist.
But internally, I felt unfulfilled. I grew weary of the monotonous routine, the sacrifices of personal time in my corporate career, and the sense that my true potential was being underutilized. On paper I had it all, but my soul yearned for something more...Was I really going to spend my life working towards someone else’s vision?
The unexpected twists and turns that hit so hard they changed me forever...
Loss as a catalyst for transformation
Over the years, I experienced deep personal loss—losing my father in 2018, my grandmother two months later, my younger sister in May 2021, and my mother just six months after that. Each of these losses pushed me deeper into soul-searching and ultimately led me to my true purpose: helping others who’ve healed from grief discover their soul’s purpose and live in alignment with their highest self.
These experiences—combined with my lifelong intuitive abilities—became the catalyst for my own transformation. I realized that while grief may bring you to your knees, it also offers the opportunity to rise again with greater clarity and understanding of what truly matters.
I’ve now made it my mission to help others who have healed from loss find their soul's purpose and live fully in alignment with their deepest truth.
What set my journey apart was the approach I took...
The realization struck me—I could no longer remain stagnant. I knew I had to take action, dig deep, and discover my purpose. All these losses couldn’t be in vain. I had to find a way to extract meaning from them and uncover a silver lining, even if it felt impossible at the time.
And then something remarkable happened...one synchronicity after another....I found a coach online who specialized in helping people find their purpose. In a time where I felt completely lost, I finally felt "home" and what I discovered through my journey with her is that ironically my purpose is to help others find their purpose.
For the first time in my life, I felt a deep sense of belonging...it was like air traffic control on a runway...leading me home.
I've always been a helper, a wayshower and teacher. I inherently knew I wanted to make a difference. I yearned for more.
To fulfill my mission, I became a certified Transformational Soul Coach through the esteemed Sedona Soul Adventures. I’m also trained as a Positive Intelligence Coach, which means I help you train your mind to shift from negative or limiting thoughts to positive, empowering ones. It is my passion to support individuals on their transformative journey — helping them step into their highest potential and live a life full of meaning and alignment.
One of my greatest callings is to create immersive retreats that combine my 10 years of event management experience with my passion for coaching. Having worked with a Fortune 500 company, I bring a wealth of expertise in curating exceptional experiences, now focused on helping people embrace life fully, even after loss or difficult times. These retreats will tap into the local culture, offering transformative experiences that empower individuals to live in alignment with their deepest purpose. My path to helping others wasn’t just shaped by these transformative losses. As a child, I experienced intuitive insights that shaped my understanding of the world. Over the years, I dedicated myself to meditation and mentorship under a renowned psychic, refining my intuitive abilities. A wake up call to live fully
Sometimes, it takes a life-altering moment to wake us up to the truth. For me, that moment came in 2004 after a near-death experience (NDE), a profound event that forced me to reevaluate my life. It made me realize I could no longer wait for “someday” to live fully.
At the time, I was a corporate events manager for a Fortune 500 company. I vividly remember sitting at a restaurant in Maui, surrounded by people who had saved their whole lives to be there—but they were no longer in a place to fully embrace and enjoy the beauty of the moment. I realized then that life is too short to wait for the perfect time.
Even with this profound epiphany, it still took me years to leave the corporate world, but that wake-up call changed everything. I knew I needed to live with purpose, not just exist.
But internally, I felt unfulfilled. I grew weary of the monotonous routine, the sacrifices of personal time in my corporate career, and the sense that my true potential was being underutilized. On paper I had it all, but my soul yearned for something more...Was I really going to spend my life working towards someone else’s vision?
The unexpected twists and turns that hit so hard they changed me forever...
Loss as a catalyst for transformation
Over the years, I experienced deep personal loss—losing my father in 2018, my grandmother two months later, my younger sister in May 2021, and my mother just six months after that. Each of these losses pushed me deeper into soul-searching and ultimately led me to my true purpose: helping others who’ve healed from grief discover their soul’s purpose and live in alignment with their highest self.
These experiences—combined with my lifelong intuitive abilities—became the catalyst for my own transformation. I realized that while grief may bring you to your knees, it also offers the opportunity to rise again with greater clarity and understanding of what truly matters.
I’ve now made it my mission to help others who have healed from loss find their soul's purpose and live fully in alignment with their deepest truth.
What set my journey apart was the approach I took...
The realization struck me—I could no longer remain stagnant. I knew I had to take action, dig deep, and discover my purpose. All these losses couldn’t be in vain. I had to find a way to extract meaning from them and uncover a silver lining, even if it felt impossible at the time.
And then something remarkable happened...one synchronicity after another....I found a coach online who specialized in helping people find their purpose. In a time where I felt completely lost, I finally felt "home" and what I discovered through my journey with her is that ironically my purpose is to help others find their purpose.
For the first time in my life, I felt a deep sense of belonging...it was like air traffic control on a runway...leading me home.
I've always been a helper, a wayshower and teacher. I inherently knew I wanted to make a difference. I yearned for more.
To fulfill my mission, I became a certified Transformational Soul Coach through the esteemed Sedona Soul Adventures. I’m also trained as a Positive Intelligence Coach, which means I help you train your mind to shift from negative or limiting thoughts to positive, empowering ones. By focusing on your "Sage brain," I guide you to access your inner wisdom, creativity, and calm, helping you make decisions that align with your true purpose.

Having worked with a Fortune 500 company, I bring a wealth of expertise in curating exceptional experiences, now focused on helping people embrace life fully, even after loss or difficult times. These retreats will tap into the local culture, offering transformative experiences that empower individuals to live in alignment with their deepest purpose. That knowing led me to my purpose: helping others who’ve experienced loss reconnect with their soul’s calling and begin living fully, now.
I became a certified Transformational Soul Coach through Sedona Soul Adventures and trained as a Positive Intelligence Coach, blending spiritual depth with practical tools to help clients heal, shift limiting beliefs, and align with their authentic truth. Through retreats, self-paced programs, and one-on-one coaching, I now guide others through their own awakenings—supporting them as they rise from their own muddy waters, blooming into the life they were always meant to live.
