These beginner offerings are designed as gentle entry points into my coaching work. They are intentionally paced, supportive, and exploratory — ideal for those who are curious about working together, navigating a season of change or loss, or seeking clarity before committing to deeper, long-term coaching.
While I am trained in multiple evidence-based and intuitive coaching tools, these introductory packages focus on grounding, awareness, and reconnection rather than deep processing or intensive transformation.
Clients who resonate with this work often choose to continue into more in-depth, customized coaching after completing these sessions.
Loss can change everything—your routines, your relationships, and your sense of identity. This 3-session package is designed to help you feel grounded again and begin rebuilding meaning in a way that honors what you’ve been through.
Planting the Seed is an introductory coaching container created for individuals who sense that something within them is shifting — even if they can't yet name what that is.
This series offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reconnect inward, and begin orienting toward what's next. It is especially supportive during seasons of life change, loss, or transition, though no specific experience needs to be identified or shared.
This work is not about "fixing" or "forcing" clarity. It is about creating the conditions for insight, steadiness and self-trust to gently emerge.
In our sessions, you’ll be met with warmth, clarity, and a pace that respects your nervous system. We’ll focus on what helps—right now—so you can begin to rebuild meaning in a way that feels true to you.


We’ll slow things down and create emotional steadiness. We begin by establishing emotional safety and pacing. Gentle grounding practices help you reconnect with the present moment while we explore what currently feels steady — and what feels unsettled. You’ll leave with simple grounding tools for the hard moments and a clearer sense of what you need right now.

Loss can blur your identity. We’ll explore what has shifted, what still matters, and what you want to carry forward—without forcing “closure” or rushing your grief. This session introduces light intuitive and reflective practices, such as higher-self connection. Together we explore values, inner signals, and emerging themes.

Together we’ll shape a gentle, realistic plan—one meaningful step at a time — so you can move forward with purpose while still honoring your loss or life transition — and your story. We reflect on what has shifted during our time together and name what feels ready to grow. This session offers clarity and integration, along with space to explore next steps if desired.
